The company was founded in Beijing in Oct 1963 with more than 50 years. It’s a large comprehensive construction and installation enterprise with independent legal entity. The company possesses 5 Grade A Qualifications of General Contractor for Construction and 2 Grade A Qualifications of Professional Contractor for Construction, Qualification of Foreign Contractor,  Qualifications of Engineering Mapping, Survey, Design, Assessment, Measurement, Test for Piles, Design and Fabrication for Pressure Vessel and etc.; And Certificate of Quality Management System（ISO9001:2015）（GB/T50430-2007）, Certificate of Environmental Management System (GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015),  Certificate of Occupation Health&Safety Management system ( GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007).

Our “core competence” is Petrochemical Engineering, Municipal Utilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Steel Structure, Ground Foundation Engineering, etc. Our “dominant specialties” are Engineering Survey and Design, Foundation Treatment, Building Construction, Large-scale Equipment Hoisting, Utility-type Unit Installation, Storage Tank Welding, Pipeline Welding, E&I Installation and Debugging, Anti-corrosion and Insulation Construction. Our “characteristic products” are Design and Fabrication for Pressure Vessel, Installation of Spherical Tanks, Boiler Installation, Coal Gasification Plant and Industrial Circulating Water. Our “brand products” are spread in various fields, including Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil Refining, Coal chemical, Fine chemical, Light Textile, Metallurgy, Municipal, Architecture, Electrical, Environmental Protection, Energy, etc.

The Company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries, eight branches, 20 specialized firms and subsidiaries. It has 3547 staff, including 2189 professional technicians. Among which there are 23 professor-level senior engineers, 287 senior technicians, 331 intermediate technicians, 218 national registered constructors, and 26 other national registered personnel. The company have specialized construction team with well-established system, scientific management, advanced technology, sophisticated equipment, excellent work style, abundant manpower resource and rich construction experience.

There are 2985 sets of various machinery and equipments, 3000 national & professional technical standards, 212 professional and company construction methods, 576 WPS. The company has modernized information platform, which achieves information sharing and centralized information management so that all company’s leader, management and supervises can understand, follow, direct, and supervise each project at any time.

The company’s annual turnover is over 4 billion RMB. Its construction footprint spread not only all over the country, but also more than 10 foreign countries and regions, constructing over 3000 various projects successively. Among them, more than 300 are large and medium-sized, including 100 sets of large-sized chemical and petro-chemical plant used introduced technology from other foreign countries..

The company has awarded 1 golden prize and 9 silver prizes of National Excellent Project, 5 National High-quality Projects, 2 Luban prizes, 10 prizes of National High-quality Welding Project, 3 prizes of 35^th anniversary of Reform and Opening-up of the classic and boutique project ,1 prizes of the 60th anniversary of New China of the classic and boutique project, 1 prize of China Non-ferrous Metal Industry High-quality Project, 1 prize of National Power Excellent Project, more than 100 prizes of Chemical Industry Ministry High-quality project. The 1st Survey and Design Co., Ltd. Of Chemical Industry is an independent wholly-owned subsidiary and also a professional company which has general contractor qualification of integration for survey, design, governance, monitoring, consulting. It owns national qualifications including First Class of Comprehensive Engineering Survey, Grade A of Professional Contractor for Foundation Engineering, First Class of Engineering Mapping, Second Class of Geological Disaster Assessment, Third Class of Geological Disaster Practice, Third Class of Geological Disaster Construction. Meantime, it was awarded Security Acceptance Letter issued by Hebei Province Department of Construction and enjoyed independent management in charge of foreign affairs

Cangzhou Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd (The former is Cooling Tower Tacking Factory of China National Chemical Group Company)is an independent wholly-owned subsidiary, which is the water supply and drainage experimental base for Chemical Industry and China National Petroleum &Chemical Group Company. And it is a state-owned professional company mainly specializing in technical research, technical advice, engineering design, product manufacturing and testing for cooling towers. It dedicated itself to saving water technique and equipment research and innovation. It won several prizes for Progress in Science and Technology and has several national patents.

Hebei Huajian Testing Limited Liability Company is is an independent wholly-owned subsidiary. Its business scope is including metal material NDT (ray test, ultrasonic examination, eddy current examination, magnetic powder inspection, and dye test), chemical analysis, mechanical test, metallographic test, welding performance test, welding material review test and welder training examination. There are 130 staff, including 4 professorate senior engineers, 10 senior engineers, 25 engineers. The substance tested include metal raw material, pressure vessel, boiler, storage tank, sphere tank, pipeline, steel structure, elbow, fitting, building material, etc.,
